Delivery and Returns Information

* Saturday and AM deliveries may be arranged by telephone after your order is placed for a negotiated fee.

Extra Charges
  You will receive an order confirmation followed by an order acknowledgement, the order acknowledgement will contain your scheduled delivery date. The delivery will be made anytime between 8:30 and 17:30 on the scheduled date, if you are not there to receive the order or we are not able to leave the order safely then you maybe charged for re-delivery. if we deliver outside the scheduled delivery time and you are not there to receive the order or we are not able to leave the order safely you will not be charged a re-delivery fee. 
How will Challenge Packaging deliver my order?

We usually deliver in our own vehicles within a 50 mile radius of our Distribution Centre. Otherwise we use a courier service for parcels and pallets. Products will be delivered individually, in boxes, bundles or on pallets,  any case, our transport delivers between Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. Please make sure someone is available to sign and accept the goods between these times.

If we are unable to deliver the goods it is the customers responsibility to re-arrange delivery. Alternatively you may wish to collect the goods from our warehouse based in Golden Cross, near Hailsham. Please call our offices to arrange collection on 01825 748800. When you receive your goods please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. Unfortunately we will not rectify mistakes if the error is not written on the note at the point of signing and accepting your delivery.
What are your Delivery Cut Off Times?
We will process and dispatch orders received before 3pm on our 1-2 day delivery.
For example – If you order on a Friday before 3.00pm we will deliver on Monday/Tuesday. If you order after 3.00pm on a Friday we will deliver on the following Tuesday/Wednesday (subject to stock availability).
Please note that orders received after 3.00pm on Friday through the weekend to Monday 3.00pm will be delivered the following Tuesday/ Wednesday.
If you order the wrong product, are unhappy with your purchase or just change your mind, you only have to send the product back to us within 7 days, at your own cost, unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon receipt we will arrange a credit, exchange or refund (subject to our terms and conditions).
