Emily Starbuck – Organised, efficient, and driven to deliver the very best service.

I strive to give as high a level of customer service as possible. The importance of which was learnt in my early career during my time at Madeley Court Hotel as part of the restaurant/banqueting team. My time at Madeley Court also gave me experience of working in a fast paced environment and taught me to communicate well with customers and colleagues alike.

These skills were then transferred to an office environment when I moved from Shropshire to East Sussex to begin my role at TR Fastenings as French Sales Support. where I then progressed to sales Account Manager and was responsible for a portfolio of direct line feed accounts. From TR I moved to Scientifica as Customer Support Associate for the International Sales Team and progressed to Distributor Manager. This gave me the opportunity to sell on a global level and work closely with the company's distributors in order to provide technical support, suggest appropriate products and assist in the winning of and securing of new business.

In my current employment at Challenge Packaging, I am really enjoying being back in a more direct sales role where I am responsible for our e-commerce customer base and smaller accounts. I am particularly enjoying building our online business in an exciting new team. But also relishing the opportunity to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and quoting and winning new ones.
