Kimberley Davies – Energetic, personable, and truly passionate about helping customers grow.

I’m Kimberley Davies, and I’ve been part of Challenge for more than 7 years now. Throughout my journey here, I’ve climbed the Sales ladder and now hold the position of Business Manager, which I took on after coming back from maternity leave. In my current role, I oversee an area with an annual budget exceeding £3 million.

My main focus is on bringing in new business while also building and strengthening relationships with our current clients. I keep our CRM system updated with exciting new opportunities and spend a lot of time working in the field. Teamwork is super important in my job, as I work closely with our in-house account managers and provide detailed briefs to our Design Team. This year, my top priority is to help new clients through the “challenging” process of creating their perfect products, while also supporting local businesses and encouraging growth in our community.
