The PaperPlus Track Paper Cushion System is designed for applications in which high throughput and the ultra-fast supply of voidfill and paper cushioning is essential.  Paper cushions are produced to the required size in seconds, direct at the packing stations.

Using an optimised quantity of paper, the PaperPlus Track system provides a highly effective padding to ensure goods arrive safely, protected from knocks and drops in transit.  It is ideal for medium to large packages weighing between 5-30 Kg, the perfect solution for cushioning spare parts, electronic components, ceramics and other fragile items.

The individual padding characteristics of the paper cushion can be adapted to meet specific requirements via the easy-to-use touchscreen, thus achieving an even more efficient, optimised use of material.

Users also benefit from the especially safe blade-free technology, PaperPlus Track.  The paper is perforated making it extremely easy to separate individual paper cushions which in turn minimises the formation of dust.  The continuous paper can be replaced in just a few steps, guaranteeing seamless, fast production processes.

The on-demand function automatically produces paper cushion as soon as one has been removed but the length and number of paper cushions to be produced can also be adjusted automatically on the touch screen or defined using the foot pedal.

Using 100% recycled paper, the PaperPlus Track paper provides an excellent eco-friendly alternative to plastic voidfills and the pads can be re-used several times over and are fully recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.
