At Challenge Packaging, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. However, this is returned at the buyer's expense, and all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once returned, we will arrange a refund or credit to the account.
